How We Refine It.

Solvent-Free Refining

Conventional black mass refining relies on hazardous solvents that add cost, risk, and waste. Our proprietary process eliminates them entirely — delivering cleaner chemistry and a smaller environmental footprint without compromising output quality.

99.99% Purity — Directly

We refine black mass all the way to battery-grade metal salts — lithium carbonate, nickel sulphate, cobalt sulphate, manganese sulphate — at 4N purity. Above the ≥99.5% cathode active material threshold. No further refining. Plug-in ready.

9,000 TPA. One Facility.

Our 9,000 tonne-per-annum refining capacity makes us one of India’s largest dedicated refiners — capable of processing approximately 30% of the country’s entire current formal black mass output from a single plant.
